Analyzing the number of brunch clubs and restaurants, consumer ratings, deals at local establishments, and demand, they found that the Big Easy is the second-best city to have a late breakfast, only surpassed by New York. However, the Louisiana city, known for its bottomless brunches with mimosas, ranked #1 in food quality.
On the other hand, Clever, a real estate data company, recently published new research with similar results. Google search activity concluded that “New Orleans residents spend more time searching for brunch cocktails than people in other cities, earning the #4 ranking for brunch cocktails and #3 for most bloody Marys and Irish coffee searches out of 50 major cities”.
