
Enjoy NOLA’s weather this fall with a picnic at the Botanical Gardens. Kitchen in the Garden offers a delicious array of food for visitors of all ages.
Just pick up your boxed meal, find your favorite spot in the grass and experience the flowers and plants like never before.
Food is cooked at the Kitchen in the Garden by Chef Pat White, who will cook various fresh foods.
Picnics are available Wednesday through Sunday.
Don’t forget to buy your picnic beforehand as boxed lunches every day is limited. There are not a lot of chairs, so you can bring your own and find a shady spot.
Remember, face masks covering the mouth and nose are now required to enter the garden, per the City of New Orleans directives.

About the NOLA Botanical Garden
The Botanical Garden features more than 2000 plants from around the world, with different types blooming through the year. This December, you’ll be able to enjoy the Cactus and Succulents greenhouse, Staghorn ferns, and fresh vegetables like Romanesco cauliflower.
Where: New Orleans Botanical Garden 📍 Enter through the Oscar J. Tolmas Visitor Center at 5 Victory Avenue.
