National Fried Chicken Festival Will Return To New Orleans This Fall

The National Fried Chicken Festival is returning to New Orleans!

The NOLA=staple that is the National Fried Chicken Festival will return to New Orleans in the fall, with multiple vendors on offer! We’re sure each vendor will have distinctive methods and flavors, so we’re going to have to sample a few.

There will also be live music on two stages and sweeping vistas of Lake Pontchartrain, which is an added feature to this year’s festivities.

Last years festival was another event lost due to the ongoing pandemic. But the food and music festival will return Oct. 23 and 24 of this year.

The new location with a gorgeous view, will be on parklike grounds between Franklin Avenue and the Seabrook Bridge.

The festival focuses on smaller restaurants, food trucks, pop-ups, caterers and other fried chicken connoisseurs.

Admission for the festival is free, with tickets available for special access and exclusive experiences. Details on those will be announced later. You can find more information as it comes on their website.
