Luna Fête is a festival that has taken place in NOLA since 2014. It’s organized by the Arts Council New Orleans and aims to demonstrate the power of art to transform communities.
It’s completely free and open to the public and features a festival of light, art, and technology. It also offers training to local artists to learn new ways to create large-scale and interactive art animated with light.
This year’s Luna Fête
This year it’ll take place at a new venue from December 16 to 19. Enjoy it in the next few weeks at the Ernst N. Morial Convention Center Pedestrian Park, along Convention Center Boulevard. Admission is free, and there will be unlimited access to the exhibits.
Enjoy a unique installation made by the Virtual Krewe of Vapor Wave. This year it will be a homage to the New Orleans Saints.
