Witches come together! This NOLA restaurant is organizing a special luncheon for all the witches in the Big Easy.
Tujague’s Restaurant in the French Quarter has organized a Halloween celebration fit for all of those women (and their friends) who consider themselves witches.
In celebration of the Day of the Dead, they are hosting a three-course Witches Luncheon on Friday, October 29.
Priced at $38 per person, the menu follows:
Duck & Sausage Gumbo
Louisiana Popcorn Rice
Roasted Beet Salad
Mixed Baby Greens, Red Onion, Goat Cheese,
Spiced Pecans, Creole Mustard Vinaigrette
Gulf Shrimp Simmered in a New Orleans BBQ Sauce
and Served with a Parmesan Polenta Cake
Grilled Gulf Fish
Smoked Tomato Beurre Blanc, Haricot Vert, Butter Potatoes
Garlic Crusted Airline Chicken Breast
Pan-Roasted, Baby Vegetables, Natural Reduction Sauce
Grilled Petite Filet Mignon
Sweet Onion Mashed Potatoes, Wilted Spinach, Sauce Chasseur
New Orleans Bread Pudding
Butter Rum Sauce
Turn on the boozy button with bottomless mimosas for $18 per person. Reservations can be made via Open Table or call the restaurant directly.
Costumes and/or your best broomstick are encouraged!
