On Thursday, this St. Paddy’s Day, there are two separate celebrations for NOLA party-goers.
The day starts with a block party at the Irish Channel at 1:00 pm. The block party will take place at Annunciation Square on the 1500 block of Chippewa. The party features Irish music, food, drinks, and dancers. All proceeds will benefit St. Michael’s Special School.
Later on Thursday, there will be a downtown Irish Club Parade. The party there starts at 7:00 pm, and it’ll begin on the corner of Burgundy and Piety in the Bywater. The parade makes several stops at several iconic bars and hangouts. If you missed Mardi Gras, they will be throwing beads too!
