Celebrate Oktoberfest In New Orleans This Weekend

Calling all beer and German food lovers in NOLA! Oktoberfest was celebrated in New Orleans for four weekends this year, and this is the last one on the calendar (and the most exciting too).

Hosted by the Deutsches Haus in Bayou St. John across from City Park, visitors of all ages will be offered traditional german food including brats, sauerkraut, pretzels, and German desserts.

For beer lovers, there will be over 20 different German beers to choose from as well as nine different wines and 20 different schnapps.

Wine and dine while listening to live music! This Saturday they will also be hosting a fascinating German costume contest for children, adults, and dogs.

Note: COVID safety rules of the City of New Orleans will be followed. At the current time, this means all workers will be vaccinated. Attendees 12 and over will need vaccination proof or negative test results for entry. More details here.
