One of NOLA’s iconic houses is for sale, and it comes with 40 cats!
A house turned kooky cat café in New Orleans is searching for a new owner. So if you know a crazy cat person in New Orleans, this may be the perfect lifestyle investment for them!
The Crescent City Cat Club is a local nonprofit and pet adoption center, and has been around since 2017. Unfortunately, the cat sanctuary was recently placed on the market for $550,000, and is presently advertised on Realtor.com.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is located on Marigny Street near the gorgeous French Quarter. It used to be a residential home, but the current residents are much more furry!
The house was converted into a cat rescue. Listing agent Samara Poché hopes to find a buyer who’s a cat-lover and will continue the center’s mission. There’s even a 8% discount if the new owner wishes to continue the work.

With 20-40 cats calling this place home at any given time, it’s a totally unforgettable lunch. Let’s hope someone in New Orleans is looking for a new venture in cat rescue, or at least interested in maintaining this NOLA gem.
